This privacy policy explains how NETS TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO ("Nets Technologies", "we", "us"), a Free Zone Company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under license number 26232, with registered address at A1, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects and processes personal data through this website.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we additionally apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR as described in section 7.
1. Data we collect
Data you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email address, website URL, monthly ad budget range, platforms of interest, and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary; we use it solely to assess and respond to your inquiry.
Data collected automatically. Subject to your consent choices, we collect usage data through analytics tools: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referral source, and interactions with the site. Where consent is declined, only aggregated, cookieless signals are processed as described in our cookie policy.
Correspondence data. If you email us, we retain the correspondence and the contact details it contains for as long as needed to handle the matter and to keep a record of our business relationship.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for the following purposes: responding to inquiries and providing requested information (performance of pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest); operating, securing, and improving this website (legitimate interest); measuring website audience and marketing effectiveness (consent); and complying with legal obligations applicable to us in the UAE (legal obligation).
Where processing rests on consent — analytics and advertising cookies in particular — you may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our cookie policy, which lists each cookie category, its purpose, and its duration. For visitors from the EEA and UK, non-essential cookies are not set until you give consent, and Google Consent Mode v2 signals default to "denied" until you choose otherwise.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions — website hosting, form handling, email, and analytics providers — under contracts that restrict their use of the data to our purposes.
Personal data may also be disclosed where required by UAE law or by a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
We are established in the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may process data in other jurisdictions, including the EEA and the United States. Where data of EEA/UK visitors is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's recognised adequacy mechanism.
6. Retention
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a business relationship follows, in which case records are kept for the duration of that relationship and any legally required period thereafter. Analytics data is retained per the tool's configured retention period (14 months by default) and only in aggregate thereafter.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPL, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy of data you provided, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (one month under GDPR, extendable where permitted). EEA/UK visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority; UAE data subjects may contact the UAE Data Office.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted transport (TLS) across the site, access controls limiting who can read inquiry data, and vendor selection that takes security certifications into account. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as applicable law requires.
9. Children
This website addresses businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our processing or the law changes; the date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
